NOTARIZED TRANSLATION: WHAT DOES THIS WORDING CONCEAL?

Finished translation needs to be confirmed, otherwise the document will not have legal force. The notary is the link between the translator and the customer. Based on the results of their joint activity, the client receives a document with a seal confirming its authenticity, which is valid throughout the territory of the Republic of Moldova.

WHY IS IT NECESSARY TO CERTIFY TRANSLATIONS?

Notarized documents that have been successfully translated from the state into a foreign language are a mandatory procedure. The document drawn up according to all the rules comes into force from the moment of signing by a notary. In some cases, an additional apostille or official recognition of the document (legalization) may be required.
